JEFFREY attained the degree of Baccalaureus Procurationis from the University of Cape Town in December 1975 and was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of the Republic of South Africa in February 1978. He immigrated into Western Australia in 1987 and joined a city firm of solicitors. He was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in May 1988. He joined Neville Friedman in 1989 and they practised under the style Friedman & Lurie until 1996. He has developed a special interest in litigation at all court levels in tort and common law disputes and personal injury insurance claims including serious injuries or death arising from accidents, (road and work), public liability and disability insurance claims. He has a keen interest in the welfare and rights of injured and disabled persons. He is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. Areas of Law:
