PETER PARKER completed an Associate Diploma in Business (Legal Studies) in December 1996.  He has worked as a law clerk since August 1994 in the personal injuries field, predominantly dealing with workers’ compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims and criminal injuries compensation.  His work involves assisting the partners and solicitors of the firm in the running of their client matters.  Peter has developed a special interest in the area of conciliation and review acting as a Workcover advocate, representing clients at Workcover hearings to protect the interests and rights of injured workers.
