EMMA CURTIS has been working in various positions in the personal injuries section of the firm since late 1999, initially as a secretary and more recently in the role of law clerk. She has a special interest in workers' compensation, representing injured workers at Conciliation conferences held at WorkCover, as well as assisting solicitors with the day to day running of various clients' claims and attending at District Court Directions Hearings to report the status of litigations. Emma is also specialising in the field of criminal injuries, assisting victims of criminal activity to obtain compensation for their injuries.
