Companies/Business Structures

There are many structures under which business is conducted in Australia. Careful legal and accounting advice should be taken, preferably at the beginning of a business venture, to identify the correct vehicle through which to do business.

Typical business structures include some or all of companies, partnerships, discretionary or unit trusts and single persons.
