Only experienced and dedicated lawyers will have conduct of your matter!

We do not delegate your important matters to articled clerks or para-legals like some firms do. We have never believed in this as it simply duplicates work and increases costs.

People and entities recognized by law may enter into arrangements such as partnerships, through which to conduct business or carry out various commercial activities.

Who is Friedman Lurie Singh & D’Angelo?

We are an experienced and trusted firm of lawyers based in Perth with five offices across the metro area.

We have specialists in several areas of law including family law, personal injury law, criminal law, commercial and civil law.

Call us on 08-9254-0000 or complete the form on this page to submit your enquiry online. We respond to most online requests in one business day or less.

As a general rule, entering into a partnership is significantly easier than exiting a partnership!

It is prudent to have a partnership agreement drawn up to reflect the relevant terms and conditions intended to govern the relations of the participants (partners), entering, during and exiting the partnership, whether the latter be by choice, involuntarily (illness or death) or otherwise.

A strong partnership agreement has the capacity to save many thousands of dollars when things go wrong (the partners have a disagreement, someone wants to retire or is not pulling their weight, acts unacceptably to staff and clients etc).

We can guide you through the process of constructing a partnership agreement designed to limit the areas of dispute if things go wrong and we are able to mediate between partners to endeavour inexpensively to resolve their differences as amicably as possible.

Commercial property sales

Once a property has been sold, the interest in the property must be transferred from one party to another. This process is effected in writing with specific documentation and is referred to as conveyancing or the settlement process.

Depending on the nature of the contract and the circumstances of the sale, the settlement is achieved through a sequence of procedures which can at times be complex and time-consuming. Friedman Lurie Singh & D’Angelo’s business lawyers in Perth can assist you with these matters.

Sale of Business

Sale of a business can also include complex matters such as tax issues, long service leave, other employee entitlements, transferring the ownership or lease of the property from which the business trades, restraints of trade, maintaining goodwill whilst awaiting settlement etc.

It is very prudent to obtain independent legal advice on these issues and Friedman Lurie Singh & D’Angelo has experienced practitioners in this area to assist you.
