Kacy obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University, Melbourne in 2001.
He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Malaysia in February 2002. He practised law in Penang, Malaysia for a period of 5 years before migrating to Western Australia in 2007. Kacy was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2009 and since then, has practised exclusively in the area of personal injuries litigation.
Kacy is committed towards assisting his clients navigate through the complexities of a personal injuries claim, helping them make sense of the process and lead them towards securing an equitable outcome.
